I went back and experimented with tyvek during the colonization phase of the monotubs (when FAE isn't 'needed') with the plan to change to polyfill for fruiting. Lift substrate out of tub and place it on the tubs lid. Clean out the tub with soap and water, dry it out and place the substrate back in.
