Heavy hull @ 1600 lbs naked with a 17* deadrise, draft is definately not microskiffish-say 12" loaded. It was solid and dry for a 16' but not fishing friendly.I am currently using a 21' carbon marine push pole. It is their entry level pole, the mangrove.
