Going from 100% to 0% and gaining 10ish fps means its not working. If it was working, you would gain 50+fps if you know what resolutionscaling even does. That means you are playing at a VEEEEERY low resolution and the game should be blasting frames out.They changed that. You can place a ceiling on the edge of a foundation, but now you attach a wall to it to be able to place anything below it.
