I recently got access to my mother’s Verizon account as an account manager. However, I don’t know how or remember how to log in to her account. I’ve tried logging in with her credentials, but Verizon, understandably, needs verification and sends that request to her phone. We live in different cities. What am I missing/doing wrong?
