When it won't start, I cannot hear the fuel pump pressuring up when the key is turned on.I have recharged the batt (13.2v). On my Ford Ranger, the pistons in the calipers were plastic and that's why they locked up. The plastic piston gets worn and then gets slightly cockeyed in the bore and so it gets stuck outward.
